E-SIGN Disclosure and Consent Agreement

1. Purpose and Scope

This Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”) Disclosure and Consent Agreement explains your rights when you agree to receive legally required disclosures, agreements, notices, and other communications electronically in connection with your MNEE App account. By providing your consent, you agree that:

• Electronic records and electronic signatures have the same legal effect as paper records and handwritten signatures.
• MNEE App may deliver required information to you electronically instead of in paper form, including records, disclosures, notices, and other communications that MNEE App delivers on behalf of Cross River Bank, Member FDIC, in connection with your deposit account and related services.

2. Records Covered by Your Consent

Your consent applies to all information MNEE App is required by law to provide in writing, including but not limited to:

• Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, and AML/KYC disclosures
• State money transmission receipts, fee schedules, and related transaction notices
• Disclosures required under Regulation E (12 CFR Part 1005) regarding electronic funds transfers
• Error resolution procedures, amendments, and policy updates
• Any other communications relating to your MNEE App account and services

3. Right to Paper Copies

You may request a paper copy of any record at no charge by contacting MNEE App Customer Support at support@mneeapp.com. Requests may take up to ten (10) business days to process.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive records electronically at any time by contacting MNEE App Customer Support at support@mneeapp.com. If you withdraw consent, MNEE App may be unable to continue providing certain services, and your account may need to be closed, as permitted by law.

5. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic records, you must have:

• A mobile device with internet access
• The ability to view PDF documents
• An active email account
• Adequate storage space to save records or a printer to print them

If MNEE App’s requirements change in a way that may affect your ability to access electronic records, we will provide notice and give you the option to withdraw consent without penalty.

6. Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your email address and other contact information current. You may update your information by contacting Customer Support.

7. Consent and Acknowledgment

By clicking “I Agree” or checking the consent box, you acknowledge that you:

• Can access and read this E-SIGN Disclosure and Consent Agreement.
• Have the required hardware and software described above.
• Consent to receive all required communications electronically in accordance with the E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq.).
